Eric B. Schroeder built his leadership on a foundation of hands-on experience, working closely with Schroeder’s Coatings founder and his father, Don Schroeder as both an estimator and installer. Immersed in every facet of the business, he developed a deep understanding of the craft, a disciplined approach to operations, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Following Don’s sudden passing in 2019, Eric assumed leadership of the company and successfully guided Schroeder’s through a period of significant challenge and change, positioning it among the premier coating companies in Metro Phoenix. Today, his leadership remains highly personal and exacting; you will often find Eric working alongside his installation team, ensuring every project reflects the exceptional standards on which the company’s reputation is built.

Michelle Ribadeneira brings more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, with a professional foundation that began in her family’s development company. Over the course of her career, she has distinguished herself as a business owner, marketer, and sales professional, building a well-rounded expertise that spans client relations, strategic growth, and operational excellence. At Schroeder’s, Michelle applies that breadth of experience across residential estimating, design, operations, and business development, helping to deliver a seamless client experience while supporting the company’s continued growth.

As one of the company’s original founders alongside his father, Don Schroeder, Jason Schroeder brings decades of hands-on experience working with concrete and a wide range of coating applications. His deep technical knowledge and practical expertise have played an important role in shaping the standards and reputation of Schroeder’s. Today, Jason serves as a consultant and slab inspector for the company while also leading his own successful remodeling firm, JMC Development. When he is not evaluating slab moisture conditions or advising clients on the best coating solutions for their space, you can often find him on the golf course ( not always with Baxter).

Tristan Brown has been a valued member of Schroeder’s Coatings since 2022. A proud Army veteran, he brings the same discipline, strong work ethic, and can-do attitude to every project that defined his service. Known for his dedication and reliability, Tristan approaches each job with focus and pride in a job well done. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and raising reptiles.
